From 20 November 2025 to 6 January 2026, Locarno transforms into a charming winter village with Winterland — an experience that inspires, delights, and engages all the senses.

From the historic ice rink and live concerts to the Christmas market, children’s activities, Ice Minigolf, and culinary specialities served in the most atmospheric chalets — such as the Fondue Chalet and street-food huts — every detail is designed to offer authentic emotions and unforgettable moments.

Adding even more magic, the tale “In the Heart of Time” comes to life through an immersive audiovisual show that lights up Piazza Grande and Piazza Magnolia, turning Locarno into a true theatre of lights and wonder.
